Begonia Picotee Lace was proudly displayed at Pat's National Quilt Museum Exhibit in 2017. Pat writes, "My husband Gary took a beautiful shot of this begonia and I decided it would be an interesting subject." We agree, and it's a beautiful quilt.

It may seem obvious, but due to a recent incident let's go over it once more. People always ask me what age to introduce sewing. As any Mother knows, it depends on the child. Toddlers very often make quick, jerky movements. They love the machine and are creative by nature, but safety first. Lennox is 2 years old (24 months) in this video. Put the child between your legs and your hands on top of theirs.

"A redwood scene was a natural subject for me, having lived in the redwoods most of my life. We attended a wedding in Richardson's Grove, it was a beautiful day and Gary took many pictures. As I searched for just the right one to do a quilt, this shot jumped to my attention. I decided to make it tall and narrow, just like the trees to enhance the feeling."

People asked us about servicing the EverSewn products. We called Brewer and got this answer: "Normal cleaning and servicing can happen at any sewing machine store. Our Warranty is 1 year on Electrical and Labor and 10 years on parts. If you need a part or major repair, send the machine to Brewer and we will get if fixed within the warranty guidelines." We have found that shipping is about $25 from anywhere in the Continental USA. (Less if you are close to Chicago.) Remember to keep the box.
