People asked us about servicing the EverSewn products. We called Brewer and got this answer: "Normal cleaning and servicing can happen at any sewing machine store. Our Warranty is 1 year on Electrical and Labor and 10 years on parts. If you need a part or major repair, send the machine to Brewer and we will get if fixed within the warranty guidelines." We have found that shipping is about $25 from anywhere in the Continental USA. (Less if you are close to Chicago.) Remember to keep the box.
There are still Pink Sparrow 30s ready for instant shipping. We have them for $399 rather than the suggested retail of $465.
