Try Therma Care heat packs! I always wear one when traveling. Put it on before getting seated, before you are tight and uncomfortable.. Also, my thoughts and prayers are with you!

Pearl, why do you object to You- Guys. for many years guys has been gender neutral.. I know I use this also so would like ot have a better understanding.

Alex.....have mentioned this before but, personally, I'd really appreciate if you'd refrain from using the name 'you guys' (which you use very often in some sessions)...... ....and be more inclusive in addressing your audience who are watching your wonderful show. I know it is semantics but............ ........
