Take a look at many of the different collars that Ruth Bader Ginsburg wore on the bench over the years and the stories behind each one.

From Time.com:

"Ruth Bader Ginsburg was an American icon. The late Justice, who died on September 18, 2020 at the age of 87, was only the second woman to sit on the U.S. Supreme Court, and a trailblazing feminist who enshrined equal protections for women into the law. Over her 27 years on the nation’s highest court, Ginsburg also became a fashion pioneer, bringing her unique style to the staid judges’ robes and subtly encoding meaning in her dress through an ever-growing collection of collars often given to her by colleagues and admirers."

I remember some of these collars and was always fascinated with them but mostly with her and her consistent stand on what she believed in and how undaunted she was even in the face of moiunting health problems.

Thanks so much for this story. I have an assortment of cool pins--small pieces of art--that spice up any boring outfit. RBG did the same thing in spades!

The world admired Justice Ginsbergs courage, and willingness to give her all for that which she believed in. Thank you for sharing your collars.
