All These comments are amazing! This actually won at World Quilt New England. Because it was a first place winner it traveled to the other Mancuso quilt shows. I finished it in 2017 and it's an environmental artwork. It is an Art Quilt neither an modern or traditional work.

this quilt is astoundingly beautiful with exquisite workmanship. I think the reason for the negative comments is that people deep down are very fearful and denying of the reality of climate change and they do not like to be reminded, but we should be reminded and we should pay attention . I thank the artist for reminding us. It is so easy to ignore what must not be forgotten

This quilt is exquisite. Who wouldn't want to feel the texture of this beautiful quilt? And we need the message "Permanent Winter" conveys.

Amazing!! Don't listen to the negative nellies! I would love to see this in person and see more of your wonderful work. I'm sure photos do not do it justice. Do you teach? I would love to take a class from you. This is just phenomenal!!! Well done!!!

Also, having now seen the other featured tree quilt, I love the juxtaposition of the two beautiful works.

May I suggest that you look for something you do like before making a comment. We all agree every project would not be our choice but unless you have be asked specifically for constructive criticism just move on to look at something you do appreciate.
By the way Jean, I love any rendition of trees.
