People have asked what the set up looks like when Alex is broadcasting LIVE. We are new at this so it is very "casual". We are learning about placements and equipment and software every day.

Alex is LIVE on Wednesday, October 7, 2020, at 10am PDT, 1pm EDT, and 6 pm London. All classes are recorded so they can be viewed later.

I have so enjoyed all the lessons that Alex has taught us this year. It seems like Alex is right in my sewing room with me and I feel like we are friends. I have had The New Quick & Easy Block Tool for a few years and had never really used it. I do now and enjoy learning how to make these traditional blocks. I jumped into this quilting hobby with paper piecing and making more contemporary quilts. Learning how to be precise so your blocks turn out correct has been wonderful.

You guys are helping us survive 2020. I am not sewing along but buying books and learning plus recruiting others to join TQS(giving them the Tool book) - getting more quilters in the game. A breath of fresh air.

This shot could have been included in the "Wee Spaces" studio tour! It takes a skilled sewist to function in a space that tight. I am really enjoying the live videos and am becoming a better piecer in the process.

I just want to say Thank You Alex and your team. During this crazy year, you have given me something wonderful to look forward to three days a week. I love coming into your sewing space, sharing in your talent and family. It’s the best therapy for all of us.

Alex, please explain your skill in using stripes on flying geese? Wednesday's are almost perfect!

Great to see 'behind the scenes' at TQS these days! Every 'Alex LIVE' is like a glass of water after a long walk in the desert, and I haven't missed a single one, though I usually watch the recorded version. Alex has a way of making you feel like you are sitting right there in the same room with her. Thanks to this photo I will now also think of sweet Sparrow there with us even if I can't see her. Ahhh, taking comfort where I can find it! THANKS to all of you at TQS and my fellow quilters taking part in this virtual quilt guild journey.

Hi techie who does the mail and promotion shots!
Can I please ask that you give the UK time its proper description. It is not London but GMT (Greenwich Mean Time - a very important location for all timings).
it is like you saying your time is 10am Salem, that is a city within your time zone. London is a city not a whole country or time zone. We have GMT all over the British Isles! :) Many thanks

Alex, you make all of this look so easy; I look forward to your sessions; it is like having a dear friend come and chat with me for a short time while we are both sewing. Thank you;;;;and thanks to John for dealing with the cameras and the on-line. I think I can speak for many---we so appreciate your time and effort in this endeavor.

I'm very glad you showed us where the cat is. I miss seeing Sparrow in Alex's videos!

Apreciate the thank you to Bernina, too. Thank you, Bernina!
