Alex, I enjoy your little lessons. However saying the word PRESSING doesn't mean you are pressing. You were ironing. As I am sure you know there is a difference and if you PRESS you will not distort bias or anything else. If you iron a seam over pick up the iron a little, nudge the seam over and them set the iron down, PRESSING the seam in place. There is no need to ever push down on the iron. Save your muscles.

Thank you Alex , I love, love, love pressing. It's calming, you can take your time. You can see your stitching. And see if you need to remove some or if you did a good job. You guys are really being generous with your time and talent, God Bless
