When you think of Baltimore Album quilts, you probably think of sailing ships, lighthouses, and flowers. This Baltimore Album takes you under the sea instead. Visit an Octopus Garden by Marilyn Hanson and quilted by Lorrie Ayala. This whimsical quilt featuring sea critters and treasure chests was on display in the Appliqué Wall category at Road to California 2020.

I love this quilt! The whimsical nature of the design adds a very special touch. The details of the piecing and quilting are fantastic. Great work!

I love this pattern. So far I've finished the pelican with the "no fishing" sign. Made it into a pillow front!

This quilt is amazing. I am working on it too. The design is from P3 designs and she has beautiful designs, several are of the Baltimore style. Great job!

Exquisite. I can't imagine doing that much applique but I'm glad you did! Such excellent workmanship and so much fun to look at.
