Quoting she-quilts:
I bought 2 sets of this when the video was first posted awhile ago.

The company reached out to me right away and I was sent 2 spray bottles to replace the ones I bought from the shop here in January. I received them today and went to try them out right away.

Oh my word.... what a difference and I love them!! ♥ I appreciate them sending the new sprayers and I encourage any one else with issues to reach out to them. This was great customer service. I ordered 2 and both were bad. So it concerns me who else is struggling.

I just wanted to say publicly that the new ones are great!!

To she-quilts: You must have a 'lemon' sprayer. I have one of these sprayers I received in a Quilty Box, and it's GREAT! I can't imagine using any other kind of sprayer or mister. My sprayer has no manufacturer's name on if, so I don't know who make it. I agree, there should have been contact information. Don't give up, get a new one if you have too, they are wonderful. I think they're available in the Quilt Shop here on this site, not sure.

** This is the most difficult sprayer in the world to operate!! **
I squeeze and a bit comes out. I then have to flip the trigger back open and squeeze again. That time I get a full spray. But every time I have to pull the trigger out again. I've washed it in hot water in case it was stuck with gunk. But this is brand new... It is so difficult to spray. The boxes and bottles have NO contact information

Can you help?!!!
