Road to California 2020 - Best of Show - Marilyn Badger - "Christmas in St. Andrews"

A familiar name won Best of Show at Road to California 2020. Not only was she challenged to use plaid, but she matched up all the seams. And guess what? This artist will be joining us at our first taping in our new studios in Dallas!

I love this idea. Would like to see some close up photos and a picture of the plaid fabric before cutting. I always like to see the quilting up close. It is stunning.

Can't wait for the TQS show with Marilyn Badger I have always loved her quilt designs and color palettes. I wonder if it was hard to work with a color palette that does not look like something she would choose. Could not help but notice that the photo was by Barbara Black. She has been a wonderful contributing addition to TQS. Always so helpful and inspiring. HelenW

This is so beautiful! A question - has the photo been stretched? It appears to be distorted - viewing on my phone
