See "Colourful Dream" a quilt by Lise Belanger

Lise Belanger saw this elephant in a dream. Passionate about color, she appeared to use them all in her quilt, Colourful Dream. We are also enchanted by the almost stained glass-like effect she achieved in her design.

Colourful Dream won First Place, Fantasy / Whimsy, sponsored by WonderFil Specialty Threads, at the Houston International Quilt Festival 2019.

This quilt should be on a stamp, recognizing quilters of her Calibre, as well as reverence for living animals that are threatened by environmental changes, illegal hunting, and poachers. Such a lovely dream well translated to a beautiful masterpiece.

I love this wall hanging! I can totally relate to the jeans. Do you think they are Mom jeans -- NO WAY!! These are designer jeans, Max size. The colors in her ears and head are fantastic. Great Job!! What are you going to dream next?
