Australia, as the world knows, is being ravaged by terrible fires and the loss of wildlife has been extensive. They need help to save the injured animals. Around the world people have swung into action and have been sewing and making mittens, pouches and many other wonderful items for the animals, but they also need food and medical supplies which have to be paid for.

Lynette Anderson, the designer of the TQS BOM 2015 - My Country House, is donating all the proceeds from the sale of her PDF pattern, Noah’s Ark, to WIRES who will distribute the funds to the effected locations. Fundraising will continue through the end of January.

Star Members can watch Lynette in Show 1601 where she shares her quilts, techniques, tools, travels and tricks. Her whimsical quilts come with humorous stories about her life, pets (including a shaggy dog story), and family.

Lovely little quilt to support all the animals who've perished. Feel so badly for all of Australia and their wildlife.

Lovely little wall hanging. A great reminder of our endangered animals and how we, too, are endangered. Noah's Ark is a great symbol of peace and hope. Thank you! God bless Australia!
