Sheila decided this quilt, Forest Light, needed more "pop" so she created scrap bags of fabric with additional colors to choose from and added them to the quilt to give it that "light".

I am the same as you Melinda. Beautiful quilt, in the "look, don't touch" category for me. Mine are imperfect, utility quilts to be loved and used by humans and animals. And hopefully not eaten or torn apart by either :-)

I never cease to be astonished by the creativity & talents of quiltmakers/fib er artists. (Not me--I make utility quilts, to be loved & used until they fall apart.)
