How interesting! I do hope Margarita will be on TQS, to show those of us who have no chance to attend her class, how to try and play with her incredible quilt ideas.

She has so many different techniques up her sleeve! She researches, works out new ways to accomplish the looks she wants and is a generous teacher. And she is one of the warmest people I have ever met!

I hope you have her as a guest on TQS! I would love to learn how she prepares the newsprint and magazines for her quilting projects.

I have been following Margarita for such a long time, but love her use of combining paper, colour and news print to her patchwork. She has a great talent and I remain very interested in her work even from a great distance. Me in Adelaide, South Australia and her in Minnesota. I am so glad she was introduced to the Quilt Show and hope she may be invited back to the show, to us how us more of her skills and knowledge through her patchwork and quilting! Thank you for showing us your video of Margarita and her work Ricky!

A great interview that gives so much background of this quilters journey. I am glad she never tried the traditional route of learning to quilt. Her work is outstanding.
