Beans are probably cheaper then rice. I'd like to know how long would you put it in the microwave.

Just wondering why small beans and not rice? I recently made one with a kitchen towel, works great across the lower back, sewing the lines resulted in rice escaping ! Beans may be the way to go, also wonder if essential oil can be added to white beans?
