At Kansas City Spring Market 2019 we saw a number of winning quilts. "Bird Talk" by Australian quilter, Beth Miller, caught our attention. We loved the playfulness, the colors, and the hidden birds watching it all. Take a look at all the techniques listed and then see them up close. Great quilt.

Wonderful! I loved the use of machine embroidered stitches for details. So often, we forget these built in stitches, and they can add so much!

Love this quilt! Great flamingos and birds. Many years ago when In Nassau, I saw some marching flamingos that were trained during WWII. Maybe they should have been wearing costumes! Also love the spirit of this quilt. Beautiful work, Beth!
