Every year at QuiltCon they do a charity quilt challenge. The theme this year was "small piecing." While it can be hard to define, let’s say that small piecing would incorporate fabric pieces that are smaller than 1” in either width or length. So you might picture long, skinny strips, or little tiny squares, for example. Well, the Cincinnati Quilt Guild appears to have used little tiny squares to make their pig fly!
