Sometimes even a simple and elegant design can take a lot of pieces. Such is the case with Chenault by Amy Pabst, a beautiful cotton and silk example.

Chenault was exhibited as part of the Pieced Small category at the Houston International Quilt Festival 2018.

Saw the quilts in Houston this week. Just exquisite. Amy can you tell me the name of the product you use for foundation piecing?

Wow what an awesome quilt. I wonder how long it must have taken to complete?

That would do my head in putting it together let alone ditching it. . How dedicated that lady is. Admired.

Hi all. This is my quilt. It measures 41”x49”. The strips are 1/8” and the blocks are 3”

Why is it called "Chenault"?

Thanks to all of you for your comments about dimensions. Some time ago when I asked the question about a quilt's dimensions, I was shot down -- was told that the dimensions are unimportant. I'd love to know the size of some of the quilts that are in this newsletter.

It looks like 1/2" strips. I'm curious about the number of pieces.
