Cynthia Cox' son, Keith, doodled a drawing in a sketchbook back in 2006. Cynthia always thought it would make an interesting quilt. Turns out, it even made an award-winning quilt. Keith's Doodle won Best Longarm Machine Workmanship Innovative at PIQF 2018.

What an amazing quilt. Love the story too. Mother and son. So cool. Looks like a water creature. Lots of boldness and movement. Remarkable.

What a fantastic quilt. The design itself is so strong and brings to mind Pacific Island tattoos, as well as Native American designs; while being quite unique. The quilting echoes and repeats the elements and shows both mom and son are truly creative. I love it.
