March 2019 Update:

Muttons & Buttons & Pearls, Oh My! won Best Stationary Machine Quilting at AQS Lancaster 2019.

--------------------------------

It just wouldn't be a quilt show without an entry from TQS favorite Janet Stone. Janet's quilt, Muttons & Buttons & Pearls, Oh My!, took its inspiration from an antique woven coverlet. Find out how she overcame a huge problem to create a more beautiful quilt. Let's just say her cat was involved...

Janet's quilt was exhibited at the Pacific International Quilt Festival 2018 and won 3rd Place Traditional.

Watch Janet in Show 1401: From ABC to BOM: Tips and Techniques Just for "Ewe".

When I look at this quilt I see a treasure that both invites the dignity or history, and the excitment of modern design and quilting.

I saw 2 of Janet's quilts at Lancaster, each was a ribbon winner! This one is totally amazing!
I just rewatched Show 1401 and didn't hear either Janet or Ricky talk about stitch length or width. Was that addressed in one of the instructions?
Thanks!
