We weren't surprised to see Rami Kim's enchanting ensemble win the BERNINA 1st Runner Up award at PIQF. She used a beautiful silk brocade that she'd been cherishing for a very long time. She found it so beautiful, she even used some of the wrong side of the fabric. She also used three different fabric folding techniques to create the hexagons in the design.
