There are so many facets of the quilting world to love. And, although I am a pretty traditional quilter who loves a great pattern, I do appreciate and love the variety of quilts and quilters! This month at the Twigs Gallery in Sisters, Oregon, the Reef exhibit was amazing. I have a hopeful heart for our world when I see a young woman like Katie Dumolt, whose passion for a better world is translated into quilts in such a profound way. What a wonderful combination!! I hope you enjoy the slide show, all the pieces are for sale and part of the proceeds will be donated to help restore the Coral Reefs. Just contact the Stitchin' Post.

What a wonderful concept of the ocean reefs. What a talented artist. Wish these had been on display during the quilt show week! Thank you for introducing this talented quilter.
