Learn How Ricky's Quilts Came to Be

Ricky walks you through his "Quilts That Speak" exhibit, which was shown during AQS QuiltWeek Paducah 2018. He talks about the evolution and history of many of his quilts, including his very first quilt and the last quilt he made with his father.

We begin with Part 1. Stay tuned for Part 2.

I think your quilts are beautiful because everyone of them tells a tale, please keep quilting, because every one is different, and gives hope to us oldies to keep trying

Thank you Ricki for all your contributions to the quilt world. One of my Moms last quilt classes before early onset Alzheimer’s was with you in Naples Fl. I enjoyed seeing your quilt journey!

Wow - the 2nd quilt Ricky made is amazing, just the story and the thought and work that went into it. Ricky is such a great person and I truly enjoy The Quilt Show.

It is so nice to hear the story behind the quilts. Makes understanding the process of designing a quilt more interesting to me and helps me with the process for my quilts. Thanks Ricky.
