"Spot On!' actually won two awards at MQX New England 2018. It won Best Machine Quilting - Stand Up and Best of Show. Gail Stepanek and Jan Hutchison hand appliquéd the blocks and set them in a pieced background while Jan used colorful cotton thread and silver metallic thread for the quilting designs.

The muted, interesting background fabric shows off the center and circles so well. A really lovely quilt, so well executed.

The juxtaposition of color is amazing. It looks alive and good enough to eat. Well that sounds weird ;-) . But it is truly a delightful thing to see
