Kathy: e9hxeI've been working on a challenge quilt, and have used Sulky, YLI, and Superior invisible threads. Superior Mono-Poly has been the the best invisible thread to use; for me at least. I use a 70/10 needle, and the same Mono-Poly in the bobbin too. Good luck with your project.

I really enjoyed this tutorial on machine applique. I tried it a few times in the past, but I just wasn't thrilled with the invisible thread I used.

I went to Jill's site, but I didn't see a listing for the type of invisible thread she uses now. I have 2 of her books, but I'm just curios, some technology is always evolving, what thread appears to work best.
