Did you guess correctly? It's Montana! It can be purchased from their Motor Vehicle Division. This plate is affiliated with the Eureka Montana Quilt Show.

The Eureka Montana Quilt Show is held annually on the first Saturday in August in Eureka, Montana. According to the show's website, a record 614 quilts were hung in 2015 and attendance was higher than it has ever been.

The 2018 Eureka Montana Quilt Show will be held on August 4th. The 2018 Featured Quilter is Joan Hodgeboom of Kalispell, MT.

Of course I kinow which state has a quilter's plate, I have one on my Rosy! It's fun to attend a quilt show around here and see how many vehicles have quilter plates. I belong to a mini group and some of us have consecutive numbers.

I think all 50 states should make them available. There are more quilters out there!

I live here in Eureka and was honored along with Pat Jacobs and Terrie Phillips to be the coordinators of the Eureka quilt show for the last two years. So I can speak first hand of the beauty our little town takes on when adorned with the beauty of all the quilts hung on our buildings. The weather is good and a perfect time to take a vacation and come up and see what eureka Montana has to offer. Hope to see you soon!

I have one of their license plates! When DH drives my car, he gets lots of honks and waves. Most folk seemed surprised to see a man behind the wheel. Guess they haven't quite broken the gender gap.
