The Here & Elsewhere Bee by Andrea Tsang Jackson and Sheri Lund, et al., won 1st Place in Group or Bee Quilts at QuiltCon 2018. We'll let the sign tell the story. It's right below the quilt.

I enjoyed telling my story and adding a piece to the quilt.

Love the theme and the joys of a group effort. Kudos to our friends in Canada. I wonder if this can be borrowed and hung in Washington DC, as a reminder of “the strong threads that bind us” here in the States?

This more than amazing. Would love to see it in person.

I am dazzled by this quilt! Congratulations to all the makers! My only regret is that I visited the Museum when this was not a work in progress. However I see the colors of many nations which have come together to make our country. Thank you ALL.

While it's a very interesting and beautiful quilt, pieces are fused and I can't help but wonder what will happen to it when some of the pieces start falling off, or get pulled off. Many of the are not under the quilting stitches. It would be a shame if it deteriorated.
