Warning to USA viewers. If Keiko Morita's quilt, Hurry on Snowy Road, I am Late!, feels a little uncomfortable, it's because you are on the wrong side of the road. But that feeling is a tribute to the quilt and its wonderful perspective. Take a look.

They drive on the left in Japan as we do in the UK so she's on the right (as in correct) side of the road for her.

In answer to the question #6 posed by Judith Austin: that big red "thing" as you call it, if the hood of the car which this craftsman is driving!

The red thing is the hood of the car.

I love this quilt! We don't see a lot of snow here in North Texas so I relish in pictures and videos of it. This quilt takes me on a five-minute, winter vacation! Not only is the content awesome but I love the many details!

Since my retirement and moving south this is as close as I get to snowy roads.
She did a wonderful job on her snowy road. I especially liked the shading in the trees and the little grass sprigs.

What is the big red thing in the lower left?

Beautiful. But it is not the "wrong" side of the road. It is the "opposite" side to US drivers. To much of the world, we drive on the 'wrong' side!

Feels fine to me, too, as someone who has spent time in the UK! Also, as someone who watches mostly British TV!
