EverSewn has just come out with a new Sparrow 30. Be one of the first to get this machine in your hands. It includes over 300 stitches, a fully automatic thread cutter, and comes with an extension table included. It retails for $465 but TQS brings it to you for $399. This machine is expected to sell out. Oh, by the way, did we mention you will be Tickled Pink?

Does anyone know the dimensions of the throat space on the sparrow 30?

I have the Sparrow 30. Wow, an impressive machine, with features that I have paid a lot more to get with other machines. The only temperamental aspect of the machine is the bobbin wind -- I must pay close attention and encourage the bobbin to wind evenly. Is there is trick I am missing>

Toby-
I read the manual and yes-the needle can be moved left or right. It states it is preset to 3.5 but can move left to 0.0 and right to 7.0.

Where can we get one serviced and what type of warranty does it have?

Barb - it is made by Brewer distributing. BERNINA owns Brewer. It is NOT a BERNINA but a mighty fine little machine. I own one and think it is perfect for my Grandies and workshops.

Who makes the Ever Sewn machine? I read somewhere that the same company that makes Bernina, makes this machine also. Just curious!

Does it have a needle right or left positioning?

I own a Sparrow 25 and love it! I love that its a full service machine but is light weight to carry to classes. Is the Sparrow 30 also lightweight? The price is a great offer!

I just purchased the Sparrow 30 and I'm impressed with the capabilities this machine gives me. Love the automatic thread cutter, great stitch quality and perfect size to take to quilt retreats. Happy to have this machine.
