Rhonda Pearce of Sydney, Australia has to be a woman of infinite patience (and talent). Take a look at this 98" x108" marvel. This quilt, "Monique's Mosaic" is paper pieced, hand quilted, and based on tiled floors in Italy.

Kudos, Rhonda, but we both know it is about endurance. Keep it up!

I am currently doing her "insanity quilt". That's also beautiful and paper pieced. About 10600 pieces.

Gorgeous quilt! And what an inspiration!
If she could complete that quilt, with it's zillion pieces, surely I can finish at least one of my many in-progress quilts with much fewer. :)
(And maybe that huge applique one that's been sitting across from my desk patiently waiting for me to finish hand quilting it.)

This quilt is absolutely stunning!! Fantastic!! It is so beautiful - all I can say is how long did it take her to make such a complicated quilt?

And she very cleverly quilted it by taking a quilting stitch at each corner of each hexagon... another exercise in patience.
