2004 - Bronx, NY - 58 1/2" x 51" - made from cottons and silks. It is machine pieced and hand quilted.

Should have know it was Paula N's work just looking at the picture without reading the description. She is amazing. I have taken two workshops with Paula--one at Asilomar/Empty Spools for 5 days. I would take another. Plus she usually has beautiful kalaidoscopes with her which you can buy. I have two amazing ones and each time I look at them, I think of her classes and her work. She is a delightful person.

You see quilt patterns everywhere. So do I. Absolutely beautiful. Thanks for the close up shots. They are a good lesson for me, now maybe I can get somewhere with the ideas in my head. :D
