I even have my mother's stash and she has been dead for 16 years. I haven't used it all up yet!

Yes, I confess to being a fabric oholic. I am also in my eighties so it has taken many years to accomplish that title. Yesterday I had the perfect fabric to make a baby blanket for the newborn great granddaughter.

No shopping or traveling around, just checked my stash and away it went. So much fun and all done. Happy. Phyllis Good

Uh oh, caught red handed! Still healthier than some other addictions...

Apparently I'm not a fabriholic but I think I've collected more free patterns online or from AccuQuilt than I'll ever make in a lifetime.

I am a "collector" BUT my stash is very neat. And when I am in a project, I have to clean it and the floor up before turning out the light. Some OCD...for sure..but also cause it may be days till I get back to it and I sometimes forget where my thoughts were when I last sewed

My husband says I have more fabric than most fabric stores I drag him into.
I have decided to get organized since I have bought fabric I already have. It's been like Christmas finding fabric I didn't remember I had. A new huge shopping spree.
So I have washed ,ironed, folded on polar notion boards and put in glass door bookcases. It looks like a colorful book store.
So far I'm at 1,000 yards and still have more .
This isn't counting fat quarters, jelly rolls , or quilt kits.
Gee maybe I shouldn't admit to this?

Life is short. Have fun, and buy whatever you like. And stop hiding it from your husband, or asking his permission!

Not only me, but I had to send this on to a couple of daughters.

Last month my husband spent almost 1.3k on motorcycle accessories. I will not hide my fabric stash, nor will I apologize for it either. I buy quality fabric when I find what I want. Colors constantly change so if you want to have a varied pallette, you buy when the colors are available.

Some of the questions sound rude rather than funny.
