I have a question about the first exercise in this lesson. The instructions want us to cut and 8.5 x 8.5 piece of colored paper, but the illustrations show the colored paper as a rectangle and not a square. Am I confused? Please help me understand this. Thanks

There seemed to be a hiccup in Smilebox. We've reloaded the images and it appears to be working. Give it another try.

I love seeing all these quilts, though some seemed to be missing from this "show." The description was there, but then no photo of the quilt.
