TQS visited the Innova booth at Road to California and watched a demonstration of echo quilting with metallic thread. The Innova pulley tension system lets any thread flow freely without stress. Even with metallic thread, NO breakage.

I just finished using Yenmet metallic all over my skyline quilt and had no problems or breakage with the thread. I used a #19 needle, Bottom Line in the bobbin, skipped the middle opening when threading the machine, and used a #8-10 speed on my machine. I have the HQ Avante 18 long arm machine. I don't have the Pro-Stitcher, but it works very well for me.

I LOVE my Innova! I have never experienced ANY tension trouble in my three years of quilting with it. My stitches flow smoothly and beautifully. You cannot find a better machine on the market!
