What is the Kona Cotton Solids 2017 Color of the Year?

You've seen the Pantone Color of the year (click here if you haven't) and now Robert Kaufmann is introducing their "Kona Cotton Solids 2017 Color of the Year."

I like the Pantone color (green) better. But then pink has never been a favorite of mine except for baby items.

While still not in my favorite range of colors, this color is far better than the Pantone color of the year. (ick)

This is a lovely color (NOT "bubble-gum pink" OR "little-baby-gi rl pink")! I envision a quilt with lots of ivory, black and Pink Flamingo - kind of "Art Deco" geometric!

The Pantone color of the year choices make me really glad that other quiltmakers and I are strong enough to ignore the 1980s and 1990s flashbacks!

Love the "Look Book" . It's great to see the different interpretations that the designers. Now to pick which way to go! :-)

I like it! Didn't much care for Pantone's color, although it is better than last year. The Kona look book shows just how versatile, and non-baby, pink can be. Who doesn't like flamingoes?
