Ricky sat down with Award-winning quilter, Susan Cleveland, and discussed her last win in Houston. Susan confesses that she had a fear of "background machine quilting," and discusses what she did to overcome the problem. It's a pretty sensational idea.

Susan's latest appearance at TQS is in Show 2308: It's Hip to be a Modern Dresden.

Star members can also learn how Susan works in Show 109: Piping Hot Curves!  Susan also joined us in Show 1001: Masterful Miters and Perfect Prairie Points.

Loved the interview.Thank you. U have inspired me 19 fat quarters of background practice before u touched your quilt . Fantastic . And it all paid off. Sometimes for me to remember!!!

Many of us do not have exotic quilting machines or the room for them thank goodness Susan has revived hand quilting and it looks gorgeous.

I was fortunate to meet Susan at Houston this year and she is just as wonderful, sweet, and smart as you see her here in this interview. I hope you can bring her back on TQS again. She is just a wonderful person to meet.
