Cathy Wiggins' exhibit Cowboys, Horses, Quilting, and Leather!  is on the floor at the Houston Quilt Festival. One of the quilts featured in this exhibit is "Rodeo," which was just purchased this week by the International Quilt Study Center in Lincoln, NE. "Rodeo" was purchased as documentation of a turning point in the industry.
