Meet "Bojagi Bear" by Youngmin Lee
She writes,
"Bojagi, Korean wrapping cloth, carries wishes for the well-being and happiness of its recipients. I appreciate the beauty that comes as a result from the long and slow process of hand stitching. As a Bojagi artist, I hope I can put my wishes and heartfelt thoughts on my RARE bear. Many pieces of small fabrics and many different stitches all carry good wishes and this bear can comfort whoever receives it. I included three bat figures on the belly of the bear as bats are symbols of happiness."
