The columns with lotus tops are based on the columns of Karnak Temple in Upper Egypt. The stitcher is Wael from the shop of El Farouk who owns the rights to the pattern. Both of their signatures will be on the quilt measuring 140cm x 160cm (55"x63") and valued at US$ 1500.

We have a friend who immigrated from Cairo 4yrs ago, his wife came 2 yrs ago.
