Learn the Story of Sacred Threads

In 1999, a small group of women gathered together with a vision of a "new" type of quilt exhibit. Thus began Sacred Threads, a dignified exhibit of artwork that could touch all those who viewed it on both spiritual and personal levels.

This documentary tells the story of Sacred Threads. We hear from the founder, current committee and the artists, view the artwork, and hear their stories. Watch the Sacred Threads journey and be inspired.

I entered my little quilt I AM STRONG into this show. It has been the most rewarding experience at a time when I needed a lift of spirit. They made a beautiful book of these quilts and it was such an honor to have been included.

Wonderful! Many thanks for this great presentation about recognizing the quilting from the heart that goes into so many of these great pieces of art. Sacred Threads deserves so much credit for bring many quilts to be seen that might never have been possible. A voice for every quilter.
