I am unable to get the stamps. When I click on the button it says that the product I am trying to view no longer exists. Also I was unable to use the 25% off coupon because the book I wanted (Love your Creative Space) is out of stock. I renewed yesterday and my coupon expires Today.

downloaded the patterns fine, but it will not let me order the stamps for free. I cannot find the place where I am to apply or the coupon box.

I thought the stamps were free and no shipping with renewal. Why do they want to my credit card info if it's free. ? Just asking I guess I will forgo the stamps as 11.94 is a bit expensive.

Unfortunately, the store and the site are currently different places. You may have a different password for the store. If you don't remember, here is a shortcut...Put in your email but make it .con not com. That way they won't match and stop you. Also, we will know the correct spelling when we try to contact you. Sorry for the trouble.
