Port of Cassis by Lenore Crawford is a stunning quilt of a small village on the Mediterranean near Monte Carlo. Lenore was inspired by a photo that she took at dusk. The light at that time of day allowed her to capture the reflection of the buildings on the water.
It is a multiple award-winning quilt incluidng Outstanding Art Quilt at Road to California 2011, Moda Best Wall Quilt 2011 in Paducah, Kentucky, Third Place, Innovative at the Mid-Atlantic Quilt Festival XXII, and Second Place - Art-Pictorial at IQA Houston 2010.
