Fantasy in Lace was completed by Mary Buvia in 2009. It is quite a large quilt, 82" x 88," and is based on the original art of her husband, Robert Buvia. Winning a number of awards including:
- 2010 Houston International Quilt Festival - First Place - Art-Whimsical
- 2010 Road to California - Excellence in Machine Quilting
- 2010 20th Annual Indiana Heritage Quilt Show - Exemplary Machine Quilting
Mary's quilt embodies the elegance and grace of a character coming out of a fantasy world.
