It has been a long time since I have done both market and festival - It is almost sensory overload! I can guarantee you that EVERYONE who is going to market (School House starts Friday) is in panic mode right now. I have two aspects of packing going on here - first my clothes (once a girl always a girl) then my "Market Stuff" - I have many new products coming out and they all need to be celebrated in proper fashion. With C&T Publishing, three new books and the 4 in 1 tool (still sorting out that situation - quality control issues), then a new line with P&B, Elizabeth Anne (named my daughter Adair), a new pattern with JWD called Honey Bears and then of course The Quilt Life with AQS...and that is just market! Thank goodness I love this industry so much, or I might start crying - tears of joy, of course. Oh yes, and if you are coming to festival, Quilts Inc. is putting on a special exhibit of quilts by the 15 Silver Star recipients. I have two quilts in, one everyone will be familiar with, but the other is Joey and Shelly's wedding quilt. Only a few people have seen it. I can see a light at the end of the tunnel - I need to eat lunch.....
