One of the biggest deals in livermore is the Rodeo - in fact, is the world's fastest Rodeo and this year it is 70 years old. When I was a little girl, on Saturday morning of rodeo weekend, we would head down town to be in the kiddies parade. We would dress as native Americans using a fringed, belted pillow case as our outfit, decorated with southwestern designs drawn in crayons. Now a days, the parade has elevated to another level. This morning John and I walked down town and snapped some images for you to enjoy - life in a small town USA. Does your town enjoy any annual celebrations?
