We are having a blast in HI, shifting from Island to Island. Perhaps the most stunning view was last night from our stateroom. On the big Island a recent earthquake opened up lava flow. The color was spectacular as the lava flowed off the side of the island into the ocean. When it hit the water, steam rose into the night air. In addition, it released a smell we could detect from the ship. Wow! Mother nature at her best!
