The short answer to that is any time. My partner and I are getting to know each other. We've decided on how we're going to proceed and I have started to stitch my miniature. I was so excited that I couldn't wait and design ideas were forming. It'll be ready way before the deadline in January and the hardest thing will be to not share it with my partner. Relax and enjoy the process.
My partner and I are having far to much fun getting to know each other to have time to consider the miniatures at the moment. We are completely different types of Quilters which is really exciting. We have to decide if we are going with our strengths and make what we like for each other or whether we attempt to make more according to each other's style. I suspect the former because this will be giving a little bit of ourselves to our new friend. However, this decision is far into the future. At the moment we are busy sharing the hi lights and trivias of our days, the emergence of colour in our gardens, quilting deadlines which we both have plenty, the funny things children say and even .... the inadequacies of our first boyfriend's kisses! I do hope you are all having as much fun as we are. What are you sharing at the moment?
