I have been playing around with the centre block to see if I could actually do it 1/2 size. So far it's okay except that I found it impossible to do the sheeps heads with a needle turn technique so had to do raw-edge for that. I think I will be making two versions of this in 1/2 size - one from the Christmas stash and the other from The Stash. ;0)
Denise, when you print the PDF, isn't there an option to print at 50%? You need to check that the 1" square measures 1/2". The house block should be 9" x 9" finished (6-1/2 x 9 without the front lawn).
So I drafted the house block to 1/2 size and made it then found the 50% reduction on the copier. So I was not too far off but I will remake the block as my house was a little on the tall side. Once the 2nd one is done I will post pictures of them.
