Vladimir Bunov was an artist who began working with fabric in 2009.  He was an invalid and lived in a nursing home in the city of Dnepropetrovsk, Ukraine. Vladimir sewed his paintings using a primitive sewing machine and discovered special fabrics for patchwork shortly before his death. Vladimir died in March 2013 at the age of 60.
