"The Color of Infinity" by Katie Fowler

Katie's piece is called "The Color of Infinity." It measures 60"x60," and is one of the largest whole cloth paintings Katie has ever done.

There is so much energy in this quilt. There is so much movement in this quilt. I have always enjoyed black and white playing with each other in fabric. Thank you for sharing your talents.

I've been watching the Quilt Show for a few years and love every show. However, this one had the greatest lesson. Letting go. It was also somewhat comical (if that is the right word) to see Ricky's reaction.

I love the design of this quilt so was sorry to see it disappear. I also had an empty nest that took quite a while to get through, you are brave. I can not believe judges would turn their backs on this creativeness. Thanks for sharing.
